Off-road use
Open Valve modules are sold for off-road and motorsport use only. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with local noise, emissions and road traffic regulations.
Fitment
We do our best to confirm fitment before dispatch, but the buyer is responsible for verifying that their specific vehicle has a factory valve-actuated exhaust. If you're unsure, message us before you order.
Warranty & liability
Every module is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against electronic defects. We are not liable for consequential damage, loss of use, or any issue arising from incorrect fitment or misuse.
Pricing & availability
Prices are listed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
