Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday ship the same working day from our workshop in Manchester. Anything after that goes the next morning. We don't dispatch on Sundays or UK bank holidays.
UK shipping
Free tracked 24 with Royal Mail or DPD on orders over £100. Below that, it's a flat £4.95. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your label is printed.
Europe
Tracked shipping to the EU is £14.95 and typically takes 3–6 working days. Import duties and local VAT are the buyer's responsibility — we ship under DDU.
Rest of world
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Most orders to the US, Canada, Australia and the Middle East land within 5–8 working days.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your module arrives to send it back for a full refund, no questions asked, as long as it's in resaleable condition with the original packaging. Customer covers the return postage. Once the unit lands back with us, refunds go through within 2 working days.
Warranty
Every module carries a 2-year warranty against any electronic fault. If something fails inside that window, send it back and we'll repair or replace it on us.
